Our Process

We make getting your car seat cleaned easy! Here’s exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your freshly cleaned seat is returned.


Place Your Order

  • Choose the cleaning service that works best for you, add it to your cart, and complete your payment.

  • Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Next, after receiving your order, we’ll reach out to confirm your pickup details.

  • Pickup will take place on the earliest Friday following the week you place your order, between 5:00 PM–8:00 PM. You can either meet us outside for pickup or simply leave your car seat on your front porch, garage, driveway, or patio. We’ll notify you when we’re on our way!

  • Our standard pickup and delivery service is included for customers located within 20 miles of our cleaning site. (For locations more than 20 miles away, an additional $10 pickup & delivery fee will apply.)

We'll Confirm Your Pickup

  • Once we have your car seat, we bring it back to our cleaning site where we carefully:

    • Deep clean the seat

    • Sanitize all appropriate surfaces

    • Clean according to the manufacturer’s guidelines

    • Thoroughly dry all components

    • Reassemble the car seat according to manufacturer instructions

  • We take care to follow the specific cleaning guidelines for your car seat’s make and model.

Clean & Sanitize Time

  • Your freshly cleaned seat will be returned on Sunday between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.

  • We’ll send you a notification when we’re on our way so you know to expect us.
